In 2023, we joined Flexa because we wanted to give people a clearer, more honest view of what it’s actually like to work here. We know job descriptions only tell part of the story. Culture, flexibility, values - those are just as important. Flexa helps us show all of that, in one place.
When you land on our Flexa profile, you’re not just getting a list of perks. You’ll see real updates from inside BMT - events, stories, and posts from our team. It’s a genuine snapshot of life here.
We highlight things like our hybrid working model because we know flexibility matters. And we’re upfront about our DE&I commitments because creating a supportive, inclusive workplace isn’t just a checkbox for us - it’s part of how we do business.
There’s also anonymised feedback from our team, so you don’t have to just take our word for it. You can hear directly from the people who work here.
Since joining Flexa, we’ve seen more interest from people who get us - people who care about culture, flexibility, and purpose just as much as we do. It’s helped us connect with candidates who are looking for the kind of environment we offer - and that alignment makes a huge difference, for both sides.
We want you to feel confident and informed when you apply to BMT. That’s why we’re proud to be Flexa-verified - it shows we’re not just talking about a great culture, we’re living it.
So if you're exploring your next move and looking for a workplace that values you as a whole person - your wellbeing, your growth, your voice - take a look at our Flexa profile. We’d love for you to see what makes us different.

At 3am on a March morning, while many were still sleeping, our amazing colleagues in the Netherlands laced up their trainers and took on a 15km sunrise walk to raise money and awareness for ALS. This year’s walk carried even deeper meaning, as it was inspired by one of our own teammates recently diagnosed with the condition.

Dariusz Al-Saedi
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science, I joined BMT. The diverse projects and global presence really appealed to me as well as the graduate programme on offer. This started with a structured set of modules focused on business and interpersonal skills before progressing to my area, which centred on reliability, obsolescence, safety, and environment. This focus later evolved into asset performance management (APM), where I’m still working today.
