Our consultants implemented an Enterprise Architecture approach based around TOGAF9, BPMN and ArchiMate for the Transforming Rehabilitation Programme (TRP), a highly complex multi-billion pound programme initiated by the Secretary of State.
We advised and coordinated the MOJ’s architecture team, modelling current and target business and ICT operating models.
A number of terminal feasibility studies were supported using the STATSCo in-house BMT REMBRANDT system, as well as incident reconstructions to provide rapid insight.
A modular floating platform, currently the world's largest floating stage (2018) was constructed and moored at site in Marina Basin in Singapore. The multi-purpose structure has been the site for important cultural events since 2007, bringing a marine solution to land-based challenges.
