Announcing the BMT 2020 annual award winners

We believe it’s important to celebrate their achievements, so each year, we recognise their efforts and highlight the performance of our exceptional employees with the BMT Annual Awards. With over 265 nominations across eight award categories, the quality of this year’s nominations was as high as ever, and it was a difficult challenge to review each submission, select finalists and choose a winner for each of the following eight categories:

• Health, Safety and Wellbeing
• Outstanding Innovation
• Newcomer of the Year Award
• Best Business Development Team / Individual
• Best Internal Customer Service
• Team of the Year
• Leader of the Year
• The employee of the year

Every one of the winners, runners-up and nominees have a great deal to be proud of, and it’s great to know that our business is founded on a solid community of fantastic employees. And while current events mean that we won’t be able to celebrate the awards in person this year, we still look forward to celebrating together when we can next meet again. The winners of the prominent category awards will also be invited to our next senior leadership team conference to share their stories, collect their awards and celebrate together.
