Peter Boyle is the Head of Programmes (Environment) for APAC. He has over 25 years of consulting experience in a wide range of areas and industries. He has worked in the disciplines of due diligence, regulatory assessments and advice, HSE reviews and audits, life cycle analysis, Integrated management system (IMS) development and implementation, probabilistic liability costing, corporate reporting, greenhouse emissions, sustainability and environmental assessment, delivery of sustainability and EMS training and renewable energy systems and assessment.
Peter has obtained a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Team Lead Coastal - Southern States and Territories / Senior Principal Consultant I
Christian Taylor is a coastal engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in coastal processes, port development and project management. After graduating in Civil Engineering in 1997, he spent the first 7 years of his career in a role focused hydrodynamic modelling and metocean data collection. In 2003 he undertook a Master of Engineering Science degree in Coastal Engineering and Management at UNSW. Subsequently he has held senior technical and project management roles on port infrastructure planning and climate change adaptation studies. Most recently Christian has led several investigations into the port and logistics requirements for the construction of offshore wind projects in Bass Strait.
Christian is an excellent communicator who is used to working with a wide range of stakeholders to define project requirements and achieve project objectives. He is able to communicate technical issues to nontechnical audiences. He is a sessional lecturer in Ports Engineering at the University of Melbourne, and is also an experienced team leader and mentor for younger engineers.

Principal Consultant
Hossein is a Principal Offshore Wind Engineer at BMT with over 16 years of industry and research experience. He holds a PhD in structural engineering and an MSc in Offshore Structures Engineering. He was also a researcher and lecturer at The University of Melbourne, authoring several publications in top structural engineering journals and conferences.
Before joining BMT, Hossein worked at DNV as a Principal/Senior Structural Engineer, where he was actively engaged in renewable energy projects, focusing on offshore wind, also onshore wind and utility-scale solar. He worked on the design and assessment of several offshore, nearshore, and onshore wind projects in the Asia Pacific region, on projects in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, and Australia. Additionally, Hossein has served as an expert witness for renewable projects and has conducted root cause analyses and structural health monitoring on these structures.
Hossein has expertise in preliminary and detailed design of steel and concrete structures in wind, solar, and oil and gas sectors. His experience includes offshore and onshore wind projects, foundation systems, seismic, dynamic, and fatigue analysis of structures, soil-foundation-structure interaction, structural technical reviews of assets, development of integrity assessment programs, life extension of assets, and monitoring and analysis of structures' performance under extreme loading conditions. He also has extensive experience in continuum mechanics and advanced Finite Element Analysis of structures.
