At BMT, we’re more than just a workplace; we’re a community of innovators solving some of the world’s most impactful engineering challenges.
As part of this mission, our Graduate Pathway is designed to equip you with hands-on experience, robust technical training, and unparalleled networking opportunities across our diverse specialisms.
Our graduate programme is built around key pillars that provide you with a well-rounded experience: Programme Orientation and Structure, Self-Development, Business Skills, Technical Skills, Support, and Social Opportunities.
Across 24 months, you can explore a variety of pathways for growth, with opportunities to enhance your skills, gain hands-on experience, and build meaningful connections. Each element is designed to empower you, ensuring personal and professional development while celebrating achievements along the way.
Our cohorts typically consist of around 21 graduates, creating a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
Here’s what the application process looks like:
Your first stage will be a one-on-one technical interview with the relevant capability lead, where you’ll have the chance to demonstrate your expertise and potential.
If successful, you’ll join us for a ½-day workshop.
