Gender Pay Gap Report 2024

We are committed to closing the gender pay gap through transparency and diversity initiatives. The gender pay gap reflects workplace equality, showing earnings differences between women and men. Since 2017, UK employers with 250+ employees must report their pay gaps annually. At BMT, Defence and Security UK Limited (DAS UK) meets these requirements.
