About the role
As part of our exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Test, Trials and Evaluation Engineering Consultant with varying levels of experience to join the team. This can range from supporting integration and acceptance of new equipment and systems in order to Verify and Validate evidence against a requirement set, through to in-service data capture and analysis for the purpose of whole-life performance measurement.
As a Testing, Trials and Evaluation Consultant you will, depending on seniority:
Lead, facilitate and provide technical support to working groups, discussions and workshops and help to drive outcomes through to completion;
Develop and/or support seniors in the development of requirements from scratch or information provided from a customer or supplier; acting as an intelligent customer, focussing on System and User Requirements with the overall aim of obtaining the best results for the client;
Instigate, plan and undertake various aspects of development, assessment and acceptance testing and trials in complex and challenging customer operating environments;
As much of our work is directly customer focused, your ability to present and articulate technically complex work clearly to stakeholders is important.
We value professional qualifications and professional registration with appropriate institutions, and we can provide support, training and tailored experience in order for you to achieve these, if not already held.
We can be flexible on location and welcome applications from all over the UK with our offices located in Bath, Plymouth, Fareham, Weymouth, Glasgow and London. Additionally, there will be travel required to customer sites to attend meetings or trials. This role is available part-time, job-share or full time; this is because we want the best people for our roles and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
