Location: In terms of location, our office is in Bath, and we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to customer sites or to attend meetings will be required.

About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Bid Co-ordinator to join our team, supporting Future Business, Programme, and Capability teams in delivering all aspects of the bid process from start to finish. This role involves planning and managing activities across various disciplines and developing bid plans and strategies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and disseminate critical information supporting the bidding effort, including client and internal resources, procurement portals, sales enquiries, and more.
- Coordinate and manage the entire bid process, including EOIs, PQQs, RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, ITNs, and other sales-related enquiries.
- Deconstruct bid briefing documents, conduct early triage and review, and develop clear Bid Plans once the bid is agreed to proceed.
- Facilitate the development and completion of bids, gathering technical, commercial, and financial information from various sources.
- Coordinate inputs from stakeholders, including contributions from sales, business development, marketing, finance, commercial, programmes, and external suppliers when required.
- Act as a point of contact for bids, distributing customer updates or other relevant information to the bidding teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate processes and procedures, completing and documenting technical, commercial, and financial reviews accordingly.
- Review bid outputs and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency with customer requirements.
- Monitor the bid delivery process against agreed timescales and requirements.
- Organise bid workshops and meetings, providing briefings and ensuring all involved understand customer requirements and bid processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant bids and proper filing of bid materials.

- IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to obtain required level of security clearance.
